This terms and conditions document ("Terms") forms a legal agreement between the zbz6 platform and its users ("Members"). By accessing the zbz6 platform, creating an account, or using any of its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms are effective under Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). All monetary amounts mentioned herein apply in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

2.1 Age Requirement

To create an account on zbz6 and participate in any games or betting activities, you must be 21 years of age or older. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited, and any violation of this rule will result in immediate account closure.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.

2.3 Registration Information

Members must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including:

• Full legal name (as per national identity card)
• Active mobile number
• Active email address
• Correct date of birth

Providing false information or failing verification may result in account suspension or closure.

3.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify the zbz6 support team immediately.

3.2 Account Verification

zbz6 may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. Submission of a national identity card or other relevant documents may be required, particularly before withdrawals or for security reasons.

3.3 Account Closure

Members may request account closure at any time. Please withdraw all funds from your account before making the request. zbz6 reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Suspicion of involvement in illegal activities
• Operating multiple accounts
• Providing false information

4.1 Deposit Rules

Accepted payment methods for depositing funds on zbz6 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Successful withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. Both deposits and withdrawals must be made through a single active payment account registered in the member's name.

4.3 Payment Methods

Approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile wallet service), and Upay. The minimum amount for each deposit and withdrawal is always ৳500 (for deposits) and ৳800 (for withdrawals).

4.4 Fund Verification

All transactions must be conducted exclusively from the member's own account. Third-party transactions are strictly prohibited, and any such transaction detected will result in account suspension.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. Alternatively, depositing ৳26,000 or more will earn the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, making the total balance ৳41,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only (not on the combined total of deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• No more than one bonus may be active on an account at the same time.
• Bonuses are for the member's personal use only and cannot be transferred to a third party.
• zbz6 reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus.
• Misuse of bonuses through multiple accounts will result in the closure of all associated accounts.
• Specific terms and conditions will apply separately for each promotional offer.

6.1 Fair Gaming

All games on zbz6 are operated under a fair play policy. Game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). No player or third party can influence game results.

6.2 Game Providers

The zbz6 platform offers games from world-class providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, PG Soft, and JILI. Each game provider's own terms and conditions also apply.

6.3 Betting Limits

6.4 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, the bets for that game will be voided and the staked amount will be refunded. Any winnings obtained by exploiting a technical fault will be considered void.

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action if they occur:

• Playing games using bots, software, or automated tools.
• Exploiting any game glitch or bug.
• Colluding with other members to cheat.
• Using the platform for money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party.
• Using a false identity or information.
• Attempting unauthorized access to zbz6's systems, networks, or servers.

zbz6 always strives to ensure the best possible experience for platform users. However, zbz6's liability is limited in the following situations:

• Loss in games due to internet disconnection.
• Issues caused by a third-party game provider's servers.
• Loss resulting from a member's own careless management of account credentials.
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters, government directives, and similar circumstances.

zbz6 will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses under any circumstances.
