zbz6's Privacy Policy — Our Commitment to Protecting Your Information

Keeping every piece of your personal information completely confidential and secure on the zbz6 platform is our highest priority. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

01 — Introduction

Why This Policy Matters

Last updated: January 2026

zbz6 is a safe and reliable online gaming platform in Bangladesh. We hold our users' privacy in the highest regard. This privacy policy ("Policy") fully informs you about what kind of information zbz6 collects, what purposes it is used for, and how we keep that information secure.

When you use zbz6's website or services, you are considered to have agreed to the terms of this privacy policy. If you disagree with any part of this policy, please refrain from using our services and contact our support team.

Important Note: This policy applies only to the zbz6 (zbz6.lat) platform. Third-party websites or applications are governed by their own privacy policies.
02 — Data Collection

What Information We Collect

zbz6 collects various types of information to provide its services. This information comes from two main sources — directly from you and automatically while you use the platform.

1

  • Identity verification documents (national ID card or other valid documents)
  • Records of communication with our support team
2

Automatically Collected Information

When you browse the zbz6 platform or play games, some technical information is collected automatically:

  • IP address and device type
  • Browser information and operating system
  • Your activity and navigation patterns on the site
  • Login times and session-related information
  • Data collected through cookies and similar tracking technologies
  • Gaming history and transaction records
3

Information Received from Third Parties

In some cases, zbz6 may also collect information through third-party service providers, particularly for the purposes of identity verification and fraud prevention. All such third parties comply with our strict data protection standards.

03 — Data Use

How Your Information Is Used

zbz6 uses collected information only for specific, clear, and legitimate purposes. We never process your information unnecessarily.

1

Account Management & Service Delivery

Your personal information is needed to create, verify, and maintain your account. It is also used to process deposits, withdrawals, and bonuses. The relevant payment information is used to securely process your transactions through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

2

Security & Fraud Prevention

We analyse information to maintain platform security and to detect unauthorised access, fraud, or other suspicious activity. zbz6's SSL encryption technology keeps every one of your transactions secure.

3

Customer Support

When you contact zbz6's support team, your information is used to resolve issues and provide you with the right assistance. This information is needed to respond effectively through our 24/7 live chat and email ([email protected]) services.

4

Meeting Legal Obligations

Information may be used to meet applicable legal requirements, respond to requests from regulatory authorities, and enforce our terms and conditions.

5

Service Improvement

Anonymised data is used to improve your gaming experience, analyse platform performance, and develop new features.

04 — Data Storage & Sharing

Data Storage & Sharing Policy

zbz6 never sells your information to third parties or shares it for commercial purposes. However, sharing information may be necessary in certain limited circumstances.

1

Third-Party Service Providers

We use trusted third-party services for payment processing, identity verification, and maintaining technical infrastructure. These organisations process data only in accordance with our instructions and under strict confidentiality agreements.

2

Legal Requirements

zbz6 may be required to disclose information pursuant to a court order, government directive, or other lawful legal process. In such cases, we always provide only the minimum information necessary.

3

Data Retention Period

Your information is retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Even after an account is closed, some information may be retained for a defined period to meet legal or regulatory requirements.

05 — Cookie Policy

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

The zbz6 platform uses cookies and similar technologies to improve your browsing experience. Cookies are small data files stored on your device.

1

Essential Cookies

These cookies are essential for the basic functionality of the platform — such as maintaining your login session, performing security checks, and completing payment processes. These cookies cannot be disabled.

2

Functional Cookies

These cookies remember your preferences — such as language settings and other personalised settings — so you do not have to configure everything again on your next visit.

3

Analytics Cookies

These cookies help us understand how users are using the platform, which sections are most popular, and where there is room for improvement. The data collected remains anonymised.

Cookie Controls: You can manage or delete cookies from your browser settings. Please note that disabling essential cookies may cause some zbz6 services to not function properly.
06 — Your Rights

Your Rights Regarding Your Data

zbz6 believes you should have full control over your own information. We therefore provide you with the following rights:

In certain circumstances, you may request that your personal information be deleted. Where there is no legal obligation to retain it, we will fulfil this request within a reasonable time.

4

07 — Data Security

Our Security Measures

The zbz6 platform follows the highest industry standards to protect your information. Our security infrastructure is continuously updated and improved.

SSL Encryption

All data transmission on zbz6 is secured through SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology. This means every piece of information exchanged between your browser and our servers is encrypted and cannot be read by third parties.

Secure Data Storage

Your sensitive information — particularly passwords and payment-related data — is stored in encrypted form on secured servers. No zbz6 employee can view your complete payment information.

Access Controls

Under strict internal policies, only authorised staff have limited access to your information, and only to the extent required to carry out their responsibilities. All access is logged and regularly audited.

Security Monitoring

zbz6's systems are monitored 24/7. Any suspicious activity is automatically detected and acted upon immediately. In the event of a data breach, affected users will be notified promptly in accordance with applicable law.

Your Role: You also play an important part in keeping the platform secure. Use a strong password, do not share your login details with anyone, and report any suspicious activity to us immediately.
08 — Age Policy

Protection of Minors

zbz6 strictly does not provide services to anyone under the age of 21. This platform is intended for adults aged 21 and above only.

Age Verification

We verify age at the time of account registration and may request proof of identity when necessary. If we become aware that a minor is using our services, we will immediately close that account and delete all related information.

Guidance for Parents

If you suspect that your child is using zbz6's services, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will resolve the matter promptly.
